We’re based in the Netherlands, and we noticed something that kept coming up in conversations with international organizations: teams were stuck. Dutch directness was being misread as rude. Expats felt isolated. Team members from different backgrounds talked past each other instead of with each other.
That’s when we realized the real gap wasn’t in communication skills — it was in cultural understanding. So we built Bruggen Communicatie B.V. to help teams actually work together across cultural differences.
